Minimum order
None on UAE stock lines — a single piece is a normal order.
Payment
Bank transfer in AED or USD, or letter of credit on larger exports. Bank details only on the proforma invoice, never over chat.
Dispatch
Stock lines confirmed before 14:00 GST dispatch the same working day.
Returns
Wrong or transit-damaged parts reported within seven days of receipt. Returns & parts assurance.
